Follow the instructions below if you have any emergency.

LIFT EMERGENCY

Is there a person stuck inside the lift?

Press the auto dialer button from the lift cabin panel and wait until someone from the lift company technician answers your call and guides you through.

If there is no reply, please dial 112 for emergency evacuation by the Civil Protection Department.

For safety reasons ONLY competent personnel from the lift company or from the emergency department should do the evacuation.

Please report the lift during office hours to the administration company.

FIRE EMERGENCY

Is there a fire in the common area or in a private unit?

Please dial 112 for the Civil Protection Department and explain the situation. Now you can call the administrator on this number +35679396319

Is there a fire outside the building?

Please dial 112 for the Civil Protection Department and explain the situation and inform the administration company during normal business hours for further investigation.

HEALTH EMEREGNCY

If someone needs health emergency assistance kindly call immediately on 112 and explain the situation.

POLICE EMERGENCY

Was there a break-in in the common parts?

Please dial 112 and report to the Police for investigation. The Police will contact us directly so we will be able to go to the nearest Police Station for further information.

Was there any trouble caused by third parties or neighbors in the building?

Please dial 112 and report to the Police. You must inform the administration company during office hours and provide the information so they could investigate further with the help of the Police.

LOUD MUSIC OR SOUND

Please dial 112 and ask the Police to come and speak to the person causing this inconvenience. The administration company should be informed during office hours, and all relevant information must be shared.

GAS LEAK

Is there a smell of gas in the common parts?

There is no equipment that runs on gas in the common area so any foul smell must be coming from a private unit. Kindly open all doors and windows, DO NOY USE LIFT and report on 112.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Is there flooding in the building caused by excessive rain?

Please speak with the administrator on +35679396319. If people are in danger of drowning kindly contact immediately the Civil protection on 112.

Is there any water ingress in the building but it’s not dangerous to owners? Please inform the administration company during office hours.

Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Please note that emergency calls to the administrator after office hours cost Euro 45.00 so be sure that the call is really needed. Misused of the service is billed at Euro 75.00 for each call.
